Re: Going Abroad

Hi AlexKid, this seems so simple but it's causing me no end of problems. Your link takes me to the 'welcome to your account' page I cannot log in because I haven't registered so I click on register and it asks me to log on ?

Re: Going Abroad

Hi seveer,

iPad....... Oh dear Smiley Sad

Just look through past posts at the trouble people using iPads have logging into their Virgin Mobile Account page.

Are you pay as you go or pay monthly?

Re: Going Abroad

To get things started, you could ring 789 from your mobile today and follow the automated prompts to check if things are set up for roaming, then sort the online account tomorrow to check things over.

Re: Going Abroad

Try this:-

log into your Virgin Mobile account then click on  the "Plan and device" tab.

Go to "Manage my services" >Make sure "Roaming" is set to ON & "International call barring" set to OFF

If not, change it by moving the switch.

Re: Going Abroad

Hi seveer,

that's strange. They're two separate links that (for me) show two different pages.

Register: https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/registration?execution=e1s1

Re: Going Abroad

I have tried both links and they both go to the same page which is the login page. There is a register link at the bottom of that page but it just resets to the login page.

I am trying this on an iPad ... Is that a factor?
