Getting a PAC code

I'm trying to leave Virgin Mobile because the signal in my area is dreadful. I need my mobile for emergency calls and people can't reach me. I asked for a PAC code 10 days ago but there's a 'technical issue.' I want to move my phone! Why can't I?

if that was 10 days ago, have you tried calling the team back?

If you are out of contract then they have to issue. Ring again, select "thinking of leaving" and advise them you are going down the formal complaint route.
