I assume that it's a 30 day SIM only plan that you are referring to?
In which case you just need to give 30 days notice of your intention to cancel.
Unfortunately this can only be done by calling and speaking to a member of the Team: +447953 967 967 (perhaps you could find another phone if yours has no coverage).
