Finish my direct debit plan

Hello, I would like to finish my mounthly direct debit plat for minutes and Internet because I am no longer in UK and I have no coverage here . What can I do to end the contract? Thank you

Hi Laurentiu1,

 

I assume that it's a 30 day SIM only plan that you are referring to?

In which case you just need to give 30 days notice of your intention to cancel.

Unfortunately this can only be done by calling and speaking to a member of the Team: +447953 967 967 (perhaps you could find another phone if yours has no coverage).

Or in writing:

Virgin Media
PO Box 333
Matrix Court
Swansea
SA7 9ZJ

Please be clear of your intent to cancel and include all your details.
(Notice can only be taken from the date of receipt).
