I am a new to Virgin customer who has been issued with a faulty phone. I have been speaking to the technical team regarding my new phone which has a fault.
I was advised to download Sony Companion and follow the steps which I did. I was expecting a call back to see how it had gone but to date I have not received that call. The phone is still playing up and turning itself completely off randomly. it is now fizzing and getting very hot and I want a replacement; I have only had the phone a few weeks and its been playing up since day one!
I am getting extremely anxious that I have made a big error in switching my phone and provider and am now stuck with an unreliable/un-working phone for 2 Years!
