Faulty Phone Repair... Nearly there Virgin!

Just received a replacement for my faulty phone but I still can't use it - they haven't sent my charger back!!!  And getting in touch is virtually impossible!  Trying so hard to get on the chat so I can get this sorted but something tells me I'm going to be without a phone for another day until I can call them from work tomorrow. 

Why get me to send my charger if you're not going to send a replacement as standard?!

So frustrated!

I'm suprised you say they asked for the charger, unless it was a charging fault. If they agree to replace it it most likely will take about a week or so
