Registered for a mobile SIM and entered payment details. Website crashed and it seemed everything had failed. Been unable to login since then.
Got a phone call from VM and told the caller to cancel as I had got the sim from another company.
Today found a Virgin payment had been taken from my credit card.
I am a tv/broadband/landline customer.

I don't have a mobile account, just tv/broadband/landline, so after 10 minutes of pressing the numbered options I started to lose the will to live.
