Failed credit check

I'm really disappointed I've been a Virgin mobile customer for years I have 2 mobile phones with Virgin and went to upgrade my phone last night but failed the credit check feeling quite frustrated as I'll have to keep my old vip contract going to keep my service

Failing credit checks is one of the biggest complaints on here.

Virgin explain it by saying that under the new contracts the costs of phone and airtime are split, with the cost of the phone being effectively a loan.

However, some people have found that they pass on other networks that have similar contracts.

We can only assume that Virgin underwriters have a much stricter criteria.

Just type 'failed' into the search box and see what happens!

You can take your number to another network. When you ring to cancel just ask for your pac code
