I've just spoken to 789 looking to upgrade my handset.
I passed the credit checked but failed the Loan Agreement. She couldn't tell me why but said to email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out why. But this email address is bouncing back, anyone have the correct address?
I've had a mobile with Virgin for about 10 years so this is annoying to say the least.
Still no reply from CreditFileAmendments@virginmedia.co.uk, however I have spoken to 789 again to cancel another contract and queried the email address, she told me to email email@example.com. So am waiting for a reply from them as well.
Had a reply from CreditFileAmendments@virginmedia.co.uk, its been signed as from Consumer Underwriting Services so it must be the same department. And its good news "We have reviewed your application manually and following further checks, we’re happy to offer you a Pay Monthly option right now! " Got a freephone number to call and arrange.
