I wrote an extra loosing post to you explaining my whole dilemma about my mobile upgrade or not as it so didn't happen AGAIN. I can fu'll empathise with all on this thread at Virgin media customer service I've been with them for years now and am going to move myself come April when my contract expires unless they get my issue sorted before then. They've rang me twice two separate occasions to give me an upgrade to Samsung S7 Edge from the S5 I have but each time it's gone haywire due to them.
