I have been charged £3.00 a day from 6/03/18 to 10/3/18 apparently for using data that exceeded my allowance, however I had a text on the 9th to say I'd used 95% of my data (therefore had 5% left) so surely I shouldn't have been charged before this date at the very least! I tried looking at my recent usage on my account but that only shows me the information since my bill so doesn't really help me and the information on my bill has left me even more confused! How can I find out if these charges are correct?
So I've checked my bill and according to that I did go over my data but not until the 9th, so that's 3 days I've been charged for exceeding my data allowance while still having allowance left?? Will I need to phone up to query this or is there another way to do it?
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to speak to anyone yet, the couple of times i’ve tried I was hanging on the phone for a while and I just don’t have time for that! I will have to try again when I have a bit more time.
