Text activation of EU Data Pass does not work. Get a message Whoops! Looks like we couldn't process that. To get some help, just call +447953967967, or text HELP to 23456. Using an iPhone 4 and 5. This hasn't worked for over a year. Reporting this when you ring up to get a data pass goes nowhere. Can this be fixed please?

This short code SMS only works once you're outside of the UK. To get a Data Roaming pass added before you leave, you'll need to call 789.

Could the mods at Virgin Media please request that this is made explicit on the web page, as it does not state this can only be done when outside the UK. Most people are likely to arrange this before they leave the UK.
