Erroneous charge with new sim

Just changed my sim card plan, have no charges for calls, data or text yet my bill overview states new charges since my last bill above my monthly tariff £14.20 - what in two days?  I accept there might have been call charges from the date of my last bill to the inception of the new sim but as it states on the overview, there have been none.  Are they charging me for the sim, surely not.

I'd like to email them rather than post to this forum but of course you can't.

Sorted, its not 'charges since my last bill above my monthly tariff', it should read 'charges since my last bill including my monthly tariff'.  So not erroneous, ambiguous maybe.
