Erratic and degrading mobile service

Hi hope you can help.

My wife and I both have iphone 5s' and we've both experienced a degrading service over the last several months. This has taken the form of calls instantly failing despite multiple bars of signal, when calls are in progress, there are frequent cuts in sound so the entire call is silent for a random amount of seconds.

I've tried rebooting our devices, reinserting sims, and manual network selection, all to no effect. I'd like to reiterate, this often happens with 2-3 bars of signal. I've also checked signal in our area and we're supposed to have good 3G and excellent 2g signal.

Not only am I at a loss, I'm at my wits end. We had real problems getting through to 111 tonight for an emergency with my daughter because of these issues...

I'm really sorry that you've had so much trouble with your signal. I want to get this all sorted for you as soon as possible.
