Ending Contract

I have a monthly mobile contract, and I believe I need to give a month's notice if I wish to end it.

How can I give this notice without having to call Customer Service I am not prepared to do this as I am in Kyrgyzstan

Re: Ending Contract

Hi fun2fly,

notice of cancellation must be given either by calling in (+447953 967 967 from abroad) or in writing:

Virgin Media
PO Box 333
Matrix Court
Swansea
SA7 9ZJ

Please be sure to include all your details and be aware that your notice period can't start until after this letter has been received.
(It might also be an idea to give a prefered time that they may contact you by phone if necessary).
