End of contract

I cancelled my daughters contract in April of this year once it came to an end. I have received a letter telling me I owe £32, so I'm guessing you are still charging. I won't be making a payment as you were told on the phone I was no longer continuing with the contract.

Re: End of contract

...and this, folks, is why you should always record your calls to any organisation that you primarily deal with over the phone.

I know that it's of little help now, but a call recording would have allowed you to prove on balance of probabilities that you felt that you had cancelled the contract.

Re: End of contract

If you were paying via direct debit, make sure to contact your bank to cancel this before the payment is automatically debited - this can usually also be done via internet banking.
