End of contract

Hi. My current mobile phone contract ends on 20th March 2016. I don't really need a new handset. How do I change to just a SIM only contract retaining my current terms of unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 250MB data?

Re: End of contract

Hi tony_ray,

you need to call Virgin mobile customer services on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone 30 days before your contract end date to discuss changing to an available SIM only tariff.

Or to speak with Retentions directly call 0345 183 1150 open Mon-Fri 8am-8pm; Sat 9am-5pm and Sun: Closed.
