End of 24 month contract.

Hi,

I have a 24 month mobile contract which is due to end soon.

I am quite happy with the deal I have at the moment and do not wish to upgrade my phone or contract a present.

Can anyone advise what happens at the end of my contract if I do not take up the upgrade offer.

Hi Kriss65,

yes that is correct.

But if your original contract payments took into account the value of a device you may be able to negotiate a better value deal now.

I would advise that you give the team a call just to see your options even if you don't wish to upgrade.

Hi Kriss65,

your monthly payment will continue until you request to change, even once your contract period is over.

Therefore you need to contact the Virgin mobile team on 789 or the Retentions team direct on 0800 183 1150, 30 days before your contract expiry date & sort yourself out with the best deal they can offer.

Hi AlexKid,

Thanks for the reply. From what you say I assume if I just leave things as they are my contract will just turn into a month by month deal with 30 day termination, and my unlimited calls, text and data will just carry on.

Sorry to sound vague but this is / was my first contract.
