Emergency calls only

Hi, My SIM card failed.

I received a new one today but it still won't connect. I understand I need to deactivate my old SIM by texting READY but that is not possible as it can't connect to the network.

I can't login to my online account due to password problems even though I'm confident I entered it correctly.

Hi renegade74,

I think the best thing for you to do would be to contact Virgin customer services on 789 from another Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone & see if they are able to activate your new SIM for you. (You will need to know your account password).
