Joined virgin mobile on Friday. Ordered phone,set up account all fine. Only problem is I can't access my mobile account until I get a verification email to verify my address. I have tried lots of time to have it resent and not receiving one.
All other emails have responded fine and its not in the junk folder.
I'm checking back with you about the issue you reported with your Virgin Mobile online account, as I haven't received a response from you yet.
