Early upgrade, no sim card

Hi all,

Just need a bit of advice. I however the option for an early upgrade, received my phone but have not received the new sim card needed for it (old one is a micro sim, new phone is a nano sim). That was a week ago.

Does anyone know when this gets sent to you after the phone?

Thanks to anyone who replies and turns a blind eye to my ignorance in this matter!

Hi Lisinior,

first, are you sure that your old micro SIM isn't one of the "push out to size” type that you can reduce down to nano?

If not, you'll need to give Virgin customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone & tell them of your problem.
