I wanted to upgrade my phone early but I was told that it was only possible If I payed off the total remainder of my contract. I was not offered a flexible account when I took on the contract.
I think for loyal customers there should be a way to pay off the phone only, not the plan.
Due to this I will not be renewing my Virgin accounts.
Virgin has now lost a valuable customer who had Virgin Mobile, television, high speed broadband and home phone.
Seems such a shame.
this is why all new Virgin Mobile phone contracts are "Freestyle" (one part for the handset and one for airtime).
To give customers the flexibility you are looking for.
