Hello,I bought an EU travel Pass by sending a text. I can see it in my charges and had a SMS confirming the purchase of the travel pass.However it is not working.
Roaming is of course turned on on my phone (Xperia Z3 Compact). I have restarted the device many times but it won't work. Has someone got a solution ?Regards,

Sorry to hear that there are some issues with data roaming on your phone. I'm sure we can get this all sorted for you.
Are you able to let me know if data roaming is enabled in the phones settings?
You can find this by going to settings > More > Mobile Networks > Data roaming. There should be a tick box to enable this.

Hi,I am not getting anywhere. I am back in the UK now, an I'd like to know if I can get the travel pass reimbursed as I could not use it.
I had turned on the roaming and downloaded the internet settings.
