Duplicate text

I have 3 phones on Virgin mobile & one phone, Acatatel one touch, continues to duplicate texts from all sources. Ive tried dealing Virgin Mobile & they are of no help. They have me resetting to factory specs with no success. They issist a network engineer will get back to me but it doesnt happen. Tried transferring service to a new Acatel & the same problems. I also transferred to another old Samsung with the same problem. At this point i realize its a network issue. Any ideas?

That sounds totally bizarre! I want to get it all sorted for you. At this point I just want to eliminate certain factors.


Can you let me know if you've had a replacement sim from us regarding this problem? This seems like the common factor in all the phones.

As Matt indicated, I'd call 789 get a new sim sent out - you can keep the service until you put the new sim in then its only a couple of seconds to activate the new one
