Dissatisfied Customer re' Software error on my Apple s5

Why have I still not had a reply when I have written to the complaints department in March and spoken to three different people on 3 separate occasions since then, all assuring me that someone would call me back. I am still sitting here with a phone that is no use to anyone!!! And as I'm in limbo cannot afford to replace it either.
