Disgraceful service

I spent 64 minutes trying to resolve an ongoing issue with Virgin mobile and the sales team. Passed around and was promised a call back within an hour, that was 2 o'clock today. Will be cancelling all virgin services

Hi, sadly this is mainly a self help forum, staff may read your post this week but I can't promise. It's difficult for the rest of use to help with sales team and contract issues as we have no access to your account Smiley Sad

Staff havent helped in two weeks of calls so this may be quicker.
