Disatisfied Customer

Have been trying to upgrade my mobile , it's not happening just signed over to Tesco's for a new mobile keeping my same number 15minutes amazingly simple,sorry to leave virgin after 8yrs as a loyal customer but can't wait any longer being put on hold and being told their are technical issues !!!

I could well be doing the same, as I'm not  very happy ether, I tried this morning to send this answer to Mr Mark Davidson. Executive Director, Customer Care.

 

Dear  Mark Davidson,

if Virgin think of their customers in a fair way why can I not ask my questions to a person in this country so I can understand what the say or even hear them, we not all aged just twenty you know some of us are a lot older and been a customer for twenty years or more.
i need to change my iPhone but there is no way I can with Virgin I could a few years ago but you have blocked it so I could well be going to another company and buy my next phone.

I have have received my order from Tesco's,but I have a 14 day cooling off period if my problem is sorted out before the 21st of May i will return the phone and stay with Virgin
