Too much disappointed with virgin service. Not getting any help when required. Can't do live chat. Can't get help from store. I just want to know where I spent extra £20.49. As I pay monthly £12. I need my refund and want to withdraw virgin contract asap but want to continue with the same mobile number. And want to know when my deal will finish. Hope I will get my reply asap.
