How much time are we supposed to allow? I switched off voicemail from plans and devices an hour ago, restarted my phone several times. Then disabled voicemail from the settings of the phone also. I still keep getting the new voicemail message.
When I call 222 to listen to the message, it just says "it looks as though you dont have a mailbox with us, call to setup one" and closes automatically but the notification stays there.
This is very annoying and shouldn't be this hard to get rid of ...
I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem switching off your voicemail. Changes to your network settings such as voicemail can take up to 24 hours to update on the service. Has this issue been resolved for you since your post?
