Pay Monthly customers are able to view their messages free of charge.
I hope this has helped and thank you.
Can someone confirm that if they are free of charge does the time spent calling voicemail come out of the Pay Monthly airtime balance? then if you have no airtime balance left then it will be free of charge, is this correct?
I see on my account that it says YES in tariff, so I am just wondering if these time durations are deducted out of the airtime balance?
I found this on Virgin Mobile site.
How much does voicemail cost?
If you're currently on a Pay Monthly contract it's free to pick up your voicemail messages anywhere in the UK.
From the 28th June 2010, if you renew or take out a new Pay Monthly contract, then picking up voicemail messages will cost just 12p per minute.
It says it is free anywhere in the UK, yet it also says it will cost 12p from the dates shown for a new Pay Monthly contract.
Sorry to be bringing this up again but could you please confirm about when a Virgin Mobile Uk customer dials voicemail 222 which ultimately calls 07953 222222, on a sim only pay monthly tariff, do the minutes and seconds show on the Inclusive Virgin Mobile Minutes?in other words for customers who receive free calls and texts to other virgin mobiles, does the time duration just show for detail purposes on their Inclusive Virgin Mobile Minutes?but obviously nothing comes off being that it is inclusive in their tariff.
