Despite calls to Virgin, forums etc my phone will not connect to mobile internet, and yes I know how
I have a Sony Xperia z2 which does not connect to mobile internet, wifi is fine. I have phoned Virgin who I have to say the person I spoke to was almost impossible to understand but because I have spent hours researching and tried everything, was able understand she said my phone had been blocked, why, as it's a new one, that it would be fine after 24 hours and then I should get the configuration settings and the code. Humph, it hasn't worked. Paying for a service I am not getting.
