Of late I am experiencing delays in sending texts. These can be several minutes or up to 6 hours.
I changed my allowances on 10 January 2016, could the problem be related to this please.

I sent you my postcode earlier in the week and said I would try to text again in another area.
Tried this today and there are delays in sending up to 1 1/2 hours.
Problem is still intermittent, sometime works fine then a couple of minutes later the problem returns.
I've just posted a very similar issue. Did you manage to get this solved?
I'm glad I found this thread as I'm having the same issues but only to one number, my wife!!
And before anyone blames the her network, it is Virgin as well as is mine. I'd have thought that VM to VM would have been faster then anyone else.
I use a Nexus 5 phone and she has a folding Samsung of some description.
I eventually sorted this by going to the Samsung shop and getting the software re flashed.
As the phone was under guarantee this done on a free of charge basis.
Works fine now.
They said it was probably due to an app that was in conflict with the operating system.
Worth a try ?
Afraid the phone in question is a non app type phone.
