Declined contract

I applied for a contract for an lg phone & tablet online then received an email advising me I'd been declined, so I opted for a sim only deal, and use my old phone. Then I got a call asking if I was still interested in the deal I had applied for a few days previously, but I said no because I had ordered the sim and would use that. Problem is, my old phone had a run-in with the floor now I need a new one. Could I upgrade my sim only to include a phone?

I'm really sorry that you were declined for a contract with us. I'll be happy to give you more info on this. I'm afraid sim only deals don't include a phone as part of the deal. Your best option would be to call us on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we can help weigh up the options for you.
