Dear Virgin, I have not had a mobile phone for three weeks and the excuses I hear are a joke!!!

Virgin Team,

 

I have not had a mobile phone for three weeks and it doesn't look like I will get one soon???

 

I sent my mobile in for repair and because of the ''system''   I have been told it needs replacing, so why not REPLACE IT???

 

This is a joke, I have had the phone cut off numerous times, spent at least three hours on the phone in total, to get through to muppets who cannot help me?????  When I ask for a Manager, I amazingly get cut off!!!!

 

I want to know where my phone is????

 

Can anyone help-or am I going to continue to get fobbed off????

 

Disgruntled Customer!!!!
