Data works but no Calls

I left my phone on the bus mistakenly, so Virgin suggested I locked it with a PIN and they'd replace my sim. Perfect! I managed to get my phone back and have replaced it with the new sim. I was told it can take up to 24 hours to get my network working again....

It's been over 24 hours now with nothing except sporadic data working. When I turn the phone on it registers as Virgin but cannot make or receive calls. After an hour or so it'll change to No Service.

I've called 3 times and had the sim out and number read to them. Turned the phone on/off several times. Manually selected Virgin as a network through the settings...

Everytime I talk to someone and they've said all of the above they either hang up or ask for a landline and don't phone back.

Please help!

Sorry to hear about the issues you've had with the new SIM.
