And data roaming just isn't working! I've tried calling 789, but when I select the option to speak to someone the call is disconnected with a message that the number is unavailable.
I can make and receive calls and texts, just not Internet.
I've used the same phone abroad with three without issue, so why can't I do it with vm?!
on Virgin's side of things there is a separate switch for data roaming which needs to be activated on both the Virgin Mobile and EE network systems. Sometimes it is necessary to refresh this to update the EE server. This may be your problem.
