I am in Europe on a trip.
I have bought a data pass for while I'm abroad but cannot connect.
My settings online say roaming is on (and has been for weeks) and it is on in the phone settings as well.
I have also tried manually changing the APN as per other instructions but there is still no data coverage.
I also went abroad a few weeks ago and could not get it to work then either.
I have also recently changed to a 4g sim, but don't know if this would affect anything.
What else can I do?
I think that your best option may be to borrow a phone to have Virgin check that data roaming is correctly enabled on your account their end.Their UK support line number is: +447953 967 967
