Data problem

I am abroad with virgin travel plan but can get internet. Check everything at my end and it is okay need to contact virgin to check their end but can,t as too expensive to call. Pls help

have you? Switched off and back on, checked the account and phone to see if it's enabled roaming that is, if so then try a manual network selection more than one network if needed

It does not work. Checked everything. My gut feeling is that roaming blocked on virgin system .

That's why " check your account was mentioned, contract phones are NOT setup from the start you need to get them set up. Check your account as advised.

I am sorry to read about the recent issues on the roaming, I have been there once and I understand.

 

I hope that you have been enjoying your holiday and  that I have had the ability to check the mobile/s connected to you. I can see that all provisions for roaming have indeed been enabled. Can you please let me know if this is still the case?
