Data pack not working

My data pack is not working while travelling in Barcelona. I've signed into my account online and all my settings are fine, roaming is on on both my phone and online settings. I've read that it's likely to do with EE, and settings not having been activated their side. If someone could help that would be great as wifi is few and far between on the move.

Thanks for your post on the Community Forum and welcome. I'm sorry that you're having a problem with your data roaming service. Is this working for you now?
