Data not working

Hi,

 

My data has stopped working all of a sudden. i have the correct APN settings and it was working fine this morning although now there is no interenet connection. What could it be? I am using a HTC one M9.

Does the network connection show 3G, or H or H+?
If so it's likely a congestion issue, if not it possible a network fault, try switching off and on again, forcing the phone to search for the connection

Hi benjani99,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the data service on your phone.

Can I just check that you're able to make and receive calls still? Were you able to try the suggestions that J0hn gave in his post?

So we can find the cause of this, we'd recommend testing a different SIM card on the phone or vice versa to check if the fault is with the phone or the SIM.
