OK I have tried to get data buy 50mb while on holiday in Germany. I did receive a text saying that my bundle was now active on the Monday. But it was not working despite roaming being switched on and I have already called the team on 789 and was told it should be on within 24hrs. I did also go online before I left the UK to switch to going abroad in my account. Now on day 4 of my holiday. Why did I move back to Virgin?
