Data Usage

Looking for help with my bill. I have a VERY old handset. I don't have internet access on my phone, at least I didn't think so. I've hit the web access icon by mistake a few of times and been charged £2 a pop for each one. I was wondering if I could get these charges refunded?

I have a Motorola A910. With buttons and everything. I don't have a data limit set because I didn't think it was possible to connect with such an old phone, so wasn't expecting to double my monthly bill. The buttons are starting to stick now, which is why this has happened.

Re: Data Usage

You hit the button, so Virgin can charge you for usage, there is an option in settings to switch off mobile date, also a call to 789 can get the data option stopped.

Re: Data Usage

Thanks for your reply. Couldn't find any actual help from Virgin on here. Time to change provider, methinks.....
