Data Travel pass

I purchased a travel pass but can't get it to work. I have an iPhone 5.
Do I just turn on cellular data? Do I need to activate it somehow? I have already activated data roaming.

Hi,

you are in the EU?

Yes, you need to turn on cellular data.

I have the exact problem, I bought the pass but can't seem to connect to the internet! I can make calls and text and receive themso its not a coverage issue. I have turned everything (cellular and roaming on). What else could it be!

Yes. I'm in Italy. 

I've turned cellular data on. Data roaming, EU Internet on too and tried various combinations. I have turned phone on and off I have turned airplane mode on and off. Nothing works.

I rang +447953967967 as suggested when I text HELP to 23456 but this was just a recorded message which was not helpful. 

I checked status on my travel pass and message I received states it is up and running. Incidentally, I have been charged to use 23456.

i also called 789 but the call was cut off before I spoke to a human, then when I tried again, it wouldn't connect.

I'm still not able to use it.  Still not able to find out what's wrong. 

I really need it too.  

Anyone know now how I can contact Virgin?  I would have thought there would be a web chat help.

Disappointed.

I think Virgin Mobile definitely have a problem with their data passes atm - mine registered okay and took my money, and then used all the data from my home allowance, so I was effectively paying twice (they have sorted that part of it out, thankfully); I'm glad it wasn't just me....
