Data Cap

Hello , I have an account that I pay for ( its not my phone ) and it goes over the data allowance getting me more charges some months ( a lot ! ) is there a way that I can cap it at the allocated allowance so I never get any more charges ?  Thanks in advance

Hi Ident1000,

unfortunately Virgin Mobile do not cap accounts.

However you may be able to limit the usage in the settings on the device itself (do you have access to the phone).

From 1st July the "out of allowance" daily charge is doubling from £1 to £2 !
