Customer service

im absolutely feed up of trying to get a issue resolved and keep getting passed around. i accidentally ordered the wrong phone on the 26th of December for my daughter so i contacted the help centre straight away like 2 minutes after i released, they sent me the return stuff for the whole order to be cancelled. I received a email last week telling me that my direct debit had been declined. The number is not in use but you have charged me for it. I'm very very unhappy with customer services and the lack of any one person to help they just pass me around. 45 minutes tonight and then they hung up on me
