Waited over 2 weeks for a reply to my emailed form to customer service and getting tired of being ignored. Tried numerous times to make an official complaint via the VM website but their recommended method of contact (live chat) is permanently busy.
I have never known a company this bad at customer support, it is a total disgrace. If you try phoning the idiots on 789 they cannot speak or understand English and are utterly useless at anything except tasks that involve raking in more money from customers. Branson, get this company sorted asap!!!

To VM credit so far I have had no issues with customer service in fact the last call I made the experience was the best I have had, Only issue I have with VM is the signal the little bit EE give them and the little bit that will be taken away if the BT takeover gets the green light
