Hey all. I was wondering how to write to Virgin regarding a very poor service as of late, I dont want to speak to a robot in a service centre. I am due for upgrade in a few days, virgin have made it extremely difficult and have even theatened to cut me off for paying a bill "Early" and refuse to give me an upgrade. I have the VIP tariff and I feel I am being treated very badly... Any pointer will be nice or I will have to Think about changing providers. I have no Problem with Virgin Media for my TV and Internet Services, my issue is with Virgin Mobile.
