I am trying to upgrade my mobile phone contract and have continually failed your credit check. I have checked my credit score and it appears to be very good so I can only assume there is a problem with you checking procedures. Could you give me a number or email address that I can contact to sort this out? I have been a Virgin customer for 12 years but if this can't be remedied I will have to leave Virgin Mobile.
It appears this is a common problem with your new tariff options.
I've done that and it appears loads of people are in the exact same boat as me. I need the Consumer Underwriting Services email address to take this any further. To be honest I think I will phone to cancel my contract as this is a ridiculous situation and far more hassle than it's worth.
he applied for a new phone, was told they would contact him to confirm order within 48hrs, when this didnt happen he called again, again told would be back in contact.
he had to phone for a 3rd time and asked why he was getting no call back, they then checked and he was told he failed the credit check and it was Virgins fault as each time he phoned they placed a new order everytime thus doing a credit check each time, they have now ruined his credit score and he also has no phone virgin wont help even though they caused the issue.....disgusting!
