I ordered my phone last night and i recieved the three emails detailing how to sign the credit agreement, However the security code virgin provided in the 2nd email doesnt work and so i cannot sign the agreement. Any ideas??

This is the first time I've come across such an issue. I've spoken to someone about this who said it can be resent but you'd need to speak the team about it as there's nothing you can click on to get it resent.
The numbers you need are 789 from any Virgin Mobile, 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone. Alternatively, you can speak to the web chat team.
I'd be keen to hear the outcome of this so please keep me updated.
