Crap service and very unhelpful

I was told by a member of your staff that i was a liar and that another member from a different dept was dodgy, but he was looking at all my info! He then went on to tell me how **bleep** he thinks virgin is. I also have to pay for a micro sim? This is stupid i pay every month then when i have a problem the customer service temas are rubbish! Everytime ive just resorted to solving the problem myself!

It's why I recommend everyone records their calls when dealing with a company that can act based on what is said (or alleged to have been said) during a phone call.

 

If the Virgin rep called you a liar, you can imagine the repercussions if you posted a link to the audio file here...
