Contract?

Hi, I have lost all my records and details for my current contract and I am not sure if I am able to upgrade to another Sony device I have seen in the online Virgin shop. If I sign into my Virgin Mobile account it says my refresh date is 10th April 2016 but that doesn't seem right to me. Could any one from Virgin help? Best regards Karen
